Guiding Team Ensemble members along the way, he drafts a blueprint for success and provides individuals or Team Ensembles the tools needed to reach their goals. Throughout this incredible journey of learning and discovery, Dino assumes the role best suited to assist his clients, including but not limited to: Business Consultant, Advisor, Workplace Trainer or Personal Evolution Facilitator.
In his 30+ year career, Dino has inspired many small, medium, large and Fortune 500 companies to realize their greater potential, including Apple 1, Sony, Citibank, Jackson National Life Insurance and Porteous Fastener Company. Internationally, Dino has made vital contributions to several Jamaican financial sector companies such as DB&G (now known as Scotia Investments) and The JMMB Group, a licensed securities broker and dealer. Other Jamaican clients include the Madden’s group of Funeral Homes, Imperial, Broadbent, and Superior Optical Group.
Dino has also worked in the private sector, helping individuals, couples and families work toward more authentic communication and healthier relationships.
Mr. DeFilippi’s first career was in theater and film. Among his directorial credits, is his New York acclaimed version of Macbeth, starring two-time Academy Award Winner, Geraldine Page, as Lady Macbeth and her husband Rip Torn. He was just 26 at the time.
As an actor, Dino played a lead role in the major motion picture “The Cross and the Switchblade”, directed by Don Murray in the early 1970’s. He acted and directed in over twelve Shakespeare plays for three seasons with the Southern Shakespeare Repertory.
For three years, Dino taught acting, directing and speech at the University of Miami. He was represented by The William Morris Agency in both New York City and Beverly Hills.
Mr. DeFilippi holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Theater Arts.
